Have you heard the big news?
Venice Music Project is in for a big change!

Have you ever heard of the Scuola Grande dei Carmini? If you have, you already know that is was founded in 1594 as a confraternity dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. It was elevated to the rank of Scuola Grande in 1767, and was the last to be given this title in Venetian history, and the only one to also admit women.

The Scuola is a real treasure trove of art, thanks to the nine extraordinary paintings commissioned from Giambattista Tiepolo in 1739 for the ceiling of the chapter house.

Well, this little almost-unknown treasure is the NEW home of Venice Music Project for 2022!

We are so excited about this big and wonderful change! From the beginning of June 2022, all of our concerts will be held there!

We look forward to welcoming you very soon.
