Giving Tuesday began as a simple idea in 2012: a day that encourages people to do good… Since then, it has become a global movement, focusing on shared humanity and generosity, and we certainly hope that you will remember Venice Music Project this year and help us continue to keep the music flowing!
First though – as in the US, Giving Tuesday always follows Thanksgiving – we would like to express our thanks to all of you — for being with us, and for all the support, in all its forms, that you have given to us over the years. You are family in every sense of the word, and we are deeply grateful for you!
The magic of sharing music and of providing gifts that help enrich all our lives are driving principles here at VMP. We also care deeply about helping our loved ones and all who need help, particularly in these very challenging times. This is why, since the onset of COVID, we have increased our support of our own family of musicians, who, along with artists worldwide, are among those hardest-hit by the global crisis.
On this day of global solidarity and universal generosity we hope that you will share our spirit of supporting the things, and people, that we care most about with a gift of any amount.
