The Art of the Baroque Trisonata

13 April 2024 19:00 - 20:00

— The Art of the Baroque Trisonata —
Two flutes, a cello, and a harpsichord walk into a bar….
No, it’s not a joke: these are the instruments who will accompany us on a voyage between Baroque Italy and England, to discover the Triosonata. You will be swept away by this unique composition style, masterfully performed by our guests, the Ensemble La Mirandola, in a program including works by some of the most illustrious composers of the period!

Music by A. Corelli (1653 – 1713), G.F. Haendel (1685 – 1759), A. Vivaldi (1678 – 1741) and G. B. Sammartini (1700 – 1775)

Guest Ensemble La Mirandola
Fabiano Martignago, Flauto Dolce
Luca Ventimiglia, Flauto Dolce
Rolando Moro, Violoncello
