These words are a great encouragement to continue our mission of musical archaeology: rediscovering and reviving forgotten gems of the Baroque repertoire and sharing them with today’s audiences. But they also reaffirm our commitment to Venice and its people. After every concert, we renew a promise: to dedicate our Concert Season to the city, to its voice, and to those who call it home.
This doesn’t mean turning our backs on Vivaldi (one of our absolute favorites!) or his beloved Four Seasons. Rather, it means broadening the musical landscape of Venice with diverse concert programs — designed not only for visitors, but especially for our loyal community of residents, subscribers, and friends who eagerly await each new concert and newsletter.
We will continue doing our very best to take Venice Music Project to ever greater heights!
